Welcome to Aatlas. By accessing or using our location-discovery and sports league management platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms:

1. Acceptable Use & Conduct

You agree to use Aatlas solely for lawful, recreational purposes. You explicitly agree that you will not:

• Scrape, harvest, or extract our location data, league structures, or user directories for commercial use or external distribution without express written permission.
• Submit fraudulent match results, impersonate team captains, or input abusive/offensive language in user profiles, team names, or community fields.

2. User-Generated Content & Moderation

By uploading team logos, roster details, scores, or profile media, you grant Aatlas a non-exclusive license to display this data across the platform. We reserve the absolute right to edit, remove, or flag any user-generated content that we determine violates community standards or compromises data integrity.

3. Athletic & Information Disclaimer

Aatlas provides location maps, facility schedules, and league tracking data on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis:

• Data Efficacy: While we strive for absolute accuracy, we are not liable for scheduling conflicts, game cancellations, incorrect fixtures, or facility closures.
• Physical Activity Risk: Participation in any recreational sports, matches, or leagues coordinated or discovered through Aatlas is strictly at your own physical risk. Aatlas is not liable for injuries, property damage, or disputes occurring during real-world athletic activities.

4. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate these terms, interfere with system infrastructure, or engage in behavior detrimental to other league participants.
